LCD module Precautions


A : protective film

1 : You can not cheat hand free to touch LCD driver chip and circuit board modules , if you must contact must take anti-static wrist strap , anti-static finger sets / gloves, best to wear anti-static clothing , so the human body is well grounded.
2 : table, iron and tools well grounded .
3 : keep the humidity in the workplace than RH60%.
4 : Packing materials are anti-static material.
Three: Welding
1 : the tip temperature less than 280 ℃.
2 : Welding time is less than 3-4S.
3 : Do not use acid flux .
   4 : Repeat soldering no more than three times, and each repetition interval of five minutes .
5 : Wash thoroughly after soldering , welding to prevent short circuits and signal interference , be careful not to spill the cleaning liquid onto the backlight.

2 : After the correct wiring, began testing the liquid crystal display module , first open the logic power , then turn LCD drive power supply module ; time off , first turn off the LCD drive power supply module , and then turn off the logic supply at the positive supply. after stable access to the input signal level , such as the input signal level before and after disconnecting the power supply stable or may damage the China LCD display module IC.
3 : LCD display module with temperature changes and changes accordingly. Five: Storage
1 : Keep the original packaging.
2 : Wide Temperature save in the range of -30 ℃ ~ +80 ℃; ordinary temperature type stored in the range of -10 ℃ ~ +60 ℃.
3 : Put the dark, to avoid glare .
4 : You can not put anything on the surface pressure .
5 : Avoid storage in extreme temperature / humidity conditions.
